Zipper can be pulled off the lock with minimal effort
So the product idea itself is great but the functionality is the downfall.I drilled these into a rolling duffle bag that has zippers and it looks like itâs locked. Pushing the release button and an easy pull of the zipper gets right past the lock. Very very light and Minimal effort defeated this. If you have really thick zippers, it may be slightly more challenging. If you have thinner zippers, you can pull lightly with one finger and defeat it while pushing in the release.If the locking mechanism sat a little further inside, this would work well. Unfortunately this product is basically visually locked but two seconds of time and your luggage is compromised.Edit: When I picked up my bag from the trip, the inner backing plate was loose and one side was completely stripped out.
