Awesome as a personal item
If you’re like me and never check baggage or bring more than a backpack when you travel, I recommend this backpack wholeheartedly.Some things to note:1. This is a great size for personal item only travel. I’ve flown spirit, frontier, and JetBlue with this bag and never had a problem when measuring in the personal item bin. (They like to try and get you at the gate)2. The main compartment is large and has pockets. I’ve packed this full and it’s fit everything I need. There’s a compartment for your laptop and other devices, as well as a place for an external battery if you have one for easy travel access.3. Comfortable straps the can be stored away if needed.4. Sturdy zippers and straps make this a practical buy.5. The little bag that comes with it is nice for any small items or accessories you don’t want getting lost in your luggage. (Please note this is NOT a TSA liquids bag.)One thing to be aware of is that if you pack this backpack as full as you can you may exceed the 8in limit that airlines measure for so be sure to have a tape measure handy if you worry about that.Update: having owned this for a few months the only downside I’ve had is the placement of the laptop compartment. It limits the capacity you can include in the main compartment and I would recommend that if you travel with a laptop you look for an option with the laptop compartment on the back for additional protection.

Magical backpack
Bought this backpack for a trip to SE Asia. My husband and I were intent on taking only carry-on bags, so we used this to supplement a roller bag, hoping it would qualify as a personal bag while still being big enough to carry a fair amount of luggage. It is a remarkable âsuitcaseâ of a backpack. Stuffed to the gills, i was able to fit clothing,an entire folded toiletry bag, haircare items and so much more. It is cleverly designed to open fully into two halves making it easy to load and unload, and has numerous compartments for liquid items, a makeup case, laptop/ipads IDs, side pockets,a clothing strap..brilliant. Will use again and again.

Versatile Backpack
I love that this functions both as a backpack and as a suitcase. There are ample pockets and the fabric seems durable. The one thing I do find odd is that 2 of the exterior zipper areas have double zippers so you can easily access from the top. Strangely the smallest one that I would access most often to pull out a phone or ID only has 1 zipper that ends up low on the side. Other than that I love it. The clear fronted toiletry bag was a bonus.

Great Travel Bag option!
I just recently purchased this item to take to Ireland with me. I wanted something with great storage, easy to travel with, and waterproof. This backpack hit all the boxes! I loved how you could open the main compartment like a suitcase. It made it easy to store clothes and other items. It was great to have another pocket to carry my ipad. It would fit a laptop as well. I am 19 years old and I was able to fit 3 pairs of jeans and 2 sweaters in the main compartment. You could definitely fit a lot more in the summer since I took bulky items. I really like this backpack for Europe because you are traveling a lot and carrying things outdoor. It is so nice to have something that is waterproof. The quality could have been a little better; however, for the price it was great. I would definitely recommend this product.

Absolutely recommend!
I was looking for a travel backpack that had stow away straps and stumbled on this one. It had so many 5 star reviews, I read a few and also watched a couple Youtube videos of it. It ended up being perfect for my short, non-stop flight. I always try to pack light and not have to check any bags. When paired with my TravelPro 19 X 28 carry on, it became the perfect duo! Easy access into the bag (I don’t bring a laptop) so the padded area in the front was not an issue for me. The two best features of this backpack are the stow away straps and the depth of the interior space which enables you to pack it almost like a suit case. It also has handles on the top and on the side so you can carry it like a brief case. I am very impressed with this bag and the price in comparison to more expensive options. The quality is very good, very sturdy.

Great carry on backpack
I used the backpack for a quick trip to Paris. When you open it, it has suitcase-like features. If you didn’t need to bring electronics, you could fit more. However, I had a laptop and large headphones, so I used it for my makeup, toiletries, spare clothes, Kindle, wallet, purse, neck pillow, and sweatshirt. It has a strap to sit on your carry on and the straps are padded comfy and can be tucked in. The only downside was that when fully packed, it didn’t fit under the seat in Delta’s upgraded seats. But I’d rather have the upgraded seats 🙂

Fits a ton
Used this for recent European vacation. Was able to fit a ton into it so happy there. The color is really nice and accurate. Doesnât appear to scuff easily. One of the straps does come lose often at the clip site on the bottom and the clip seems broken. But I have been able to reattach and continue to use. Going to keep it because it fits so much but the strap issue may become annoying.

I have bought 3 of this bag. I like the bag as a backpack and as a hand carry bag. The inside is like a combination of check in and hand carry bag. It separates items in section like a check in bag and yet the size is carry on. Great bag.
