Do you worry about leaks when sporting, sneezing or laughing or caused by a post surgery condition? Do you plan your outings around bathroom stops? Here is your solution!

From the outside, PROTECHDRY looks like any other regular underwear but in the inside, it has a absorbent area (front only, non-removable) made of 3D multifunctional fabric with sealed seams to prevent leaking through. This new and tested technology, quickly absorbs the liquid to the inner layers, neutralizes odors and gives you a dry feeling.

Made of 95% cotton, 5% elastane (except the absorbent area).

PRO-TECH-Dry Washable & Reusable Urinary Incontinence Cotton Brief Underwear for Men
These are a life saver. No more buying Adult Briefs you can wash these and save money.

  2. Luise3133

    excellent product and quality
excellent product and quality, comfortable cotton wear, nice quality fabric , elastic and stitching. Allowed my husband post surgery to not use leak pads anymore. Saves money in the long run vs pads or briefs.

  3. Earl Surrattsville

    Advice for optimal use
In view of the cost of material and labor, the markup on these is considerable. The retail price is based on what they can charge given the staggering inflation on disposable products. If you get at least 40 uses out of each pair, you will break even. If you get 100, you have reduced the cost to 20 cents per use. All the Q &A s I am seeing focus on machine washing. I can think of no better way to wear these out than to machine wash and dry them. These are very easy to wash by hand; in fact, they wash far more quickly and completely than a towel or wash cloth because of the nature of the absorbing tissue. So — I bought 5 pair; I wash them when I go to the bathroom and hang them to dry. By cycling 5 pair I will have one or two dry by then.As far as night time use goes, it is true that their capacity is limited. So I supplement them with guards and heavy wash cloths, and most of those have pretty good capacity. If you put a guard inside these briefs, wrap an additional hand towel, and lie on bed pads, you will minimize leakage. Its also a good investment to buy heavy duty wash cloths, they are much easier to rinse / wash than a hand towel. The cost of disposable guards is usually about a third of disposable briefs. That of course adds to your cost model, but more manageable. You should build your own cost model; it’s not hard to exceed $5,000 a year, but with these tips you should be able to lower the cost to about $1,500. And as you know, Medicare reimburses for nothing.

  4. Wuggins

    Excellent Product
Relieves an individual with minor leaks of the need to deal with those disgusting Guards pads. Not cheap, but worth the expense.

  5. Annetta G.

    Inconspicuous
My husband loves these shorts (the boxer type) to help with urinary incontinence. Looks like regular shorts.

  6. Jeff B

    Short Lifespan for the Cost
I’ve bought 25 pairs of these briefs in the last 4 years. At $20/pair when buying 5, I expect them to work well and last a long time. The briefs do work very well at stopping light leakage and they are comfortable, until they fall apart. The thin material used to make the brief separates from the padded front after a year and sometimes gets so brittle over time thatany pressure on the material will cause it to rip. I would gladly give these briefs a perfect rating if they just fixed this material issue.

    Much better than pads
I have only moderate leakage and find the pads to be uncomfortable and slightly embarrassing. These are fashionable (wife likes the black ones) and wash/wear well. Now I can wear light colored pants again! Yay.

  8. john frank

    best underwear ever
most comfortable underwear iv ever had AND they catch the leaks! will probably toss the rest of my underwear just waiting to see if they last.

  9. John P.

Good quality material and meets my expectations.
