From the outside, PROTECHDRY looks like any other regular underwear but in the inside, it has a sewn in absorbent area (front only, non-removable) made of 3D multifunctional fabric with sealed seams to prevent leaking through. Made of 95% cotton, 5% elastane (except the absorbent area).

Good product but a bit expensive.
Read the description carefully before ordering what it states is what you’ll get. I only have a light incontinence problem as a result of a prostrate procedure but I have some doubts if this brand could satisfactorily assist persons with a very heavy one . They are comfortable ,note that they have no front opening, they do wash well & the legs are about the same length as most boxer shorts, I recommend that you order one size larger since it appears they use the European standards ie I wear a US medium but I ordered a large size & they fit perfect. I wasn’t too happy with the protruding front design but it is what it is.

Not as good as their black cousins
These beat the Depends and such for those with urinary incontinence due to prostatectomy or other problems. They wash and dry quickly. These work well with travel gear. They do not have a front fly, but that has not been a problem.The darker colors have less staining. Because of the elastic, you really do not want hot water or bleach. There will be some discoloration over several months, but none of us wearing them are in it for fashion.

They Should Have Left Well Enough Alone
Update in April 2022: the fit does seem to be tighter, at least some of them: they vary somewhat in their sizing. But I was wrong about their being flimsy. Iâve now washed them many times and theyâre holding up even better than the first batch. Iâll buy them again when the time comes.I have bought this product twice. The first time I was very satisfied which is why, after many dozens of washings (they advertised at least 95 if memory serves, which is great), I ultimately bought a second set of 5 more. But the second set appears to be made of a somewhat different blend of fabrics. I say âappearsâ because the label for the first set is so faded now and I canât read it. Regardless of whether my perception is correct, the current set fits very differently from the previous one. It feels âslinkierâ (Iâm 70, so not in a good way) and flimsier/less well-made, and the fit is much much MUCH tighter, making them harder to put on and take off. For the record, I have NOT gained weight. I donât want to take the risk of buying a larger size so I guess itâs back to the drawing board. I will say that the absorbency of the brief has not changed, and I remain very satisfied there; but itâs like trying to put a blood-clot-preventing tube sock on my torso . . .

I bought a package of these in XL a year or so ago and they fit well, have been wearing them ever since. They work quite well. I decided to get some more and ordered the exact same size. When they arrived, they did not fit so I returned them. Somehow, they changed their sizing as I still wear the original ones.

Perfect for Helping deal with Incontinence
These were so comfortable to wear and gave a great feeling of safety due to their absorption! I also used these in conjunction with Shields and was confident all day of no accidents. I had to use these for about 5 months after a Prosectomy until my incontinence became under control.

Purchased for someone else: Very disappointed!! Not true to size and threw away nearly $30 to return them!! I find this to be a TERRIBLE way of doing business!!
