I am absolutely against spraying this stuff on me or my kid but unfortunately the skeetors are so bad this year they were still dive bombing us as soon as we went outside and after spraying our organics spray, well this stuff blocks them like a brick wall is around me! Thankyou jesus!

Version 3, HomeDepot has Version 5
Since bugs are horrible this year from having a warm Winter, purchased this Off Deep Woods (with deet) from Amazon.com, thinking this was a newer version of the basic Off Deep Woods with deet than sold at my local HomeDepot.Found-out upon arrival, the Amazon.com Off with deet has a label stating “Version 3”, while the cans I purchased from HomeDepot have a “Version 5” label.Even another brand boasting 40% deet is not working well with annoying flying insects. Shrugs, regardless, will hopefully use it all up with this Summer’s bugs.

This product was very effective. it worked so well, on a recent holiday abroad. However please be mindful to use as you are leaving the room so you do not inhale the fumes. I will definitely buy this product again.

Aunque parece ser que es muy efectivo, pasan varias cosas. Para la cantidad que trae, es caro. Por otro lado, el DEET no se disuelve bien en agua, con lo que a la larga se acumula y pasa a peces y demás, a los que acaba afectando. Parece ser que corroe el plástico a la larga. Yo creo que lo mejor un término medio; usarlo cuando se vaya a ir a un foco de riesgo, no para todos los dÃas. Para todos los dÃas, quizás mejor uno de esos que contiene extracto de eucalipto limón, o para echarlo habitualmente en una superficie puesta por donde entrarÃan los mosquitos, como ventana, mosquitera, puerta, arriba de la cama, procurando que no sea un plástico útil, etc⦠porque eficaz es, lo que pasa es que tiene estas desventajas. Parece ser que no hay demostrado daño a humanos adultos usándolo con sentido común. A niñ@s a partir de 2 años creo que mejor eucalipto limón y mejor en las manos no, que se las llevan a la boca, ojos, etc., sino en brazos, etc. Creo que lo mejor tener este o como este, de DEET me refiero, y otro natural de eucalipto limón, y usar cada cual para lo que mejor se le da.

I used it when I had fleas in the house and the buggers didnât even come near me. this is probably perfect for outdoor activities where youâre surrounded by insects.
