My son has special needs, and wound up having a problem while we were on vacation. Showers could only go so far. I was able to order these on Amazon and they were a God send. Absorbant, and I didn’t notice oder so much. Washable too. Best part is they looked good. They are thicker than underwear, but much better than a diaper alternative. Would highly recommend.

Totally misrepresented
While the title to this product says that there are two pairs in the package, the price per item is calculated at three pairs per package. Additionally, at least one review says that there is three pairs in the package which is wrong. The actual cost per item is $21.495, not $14.33 that is advertised. This product price is misrepresented.

Although this underwear is, as advertised, highly absorbant, I found it too bulky. It inhibited my movement and made me always aware of it’s presence. I’ve settled on the Tena Pro Skin Absorbant Pads as a better solution for incontinence from both ends. They allow me to wear my usual boxer style underwear, which is far more comfortable. Plus, I don’t have to wash it when it gets soiled. Granted, this is not environmentally friendly, but……
