Great product
Carry on is light weight, easy to move and holds all items securely. Locks are nice to have and easy to program and unlock. Great quality and looks very polished.

So far so good
So far, it survived one domestic round trip flight. No scratches and everything is intact. One thing I like with the top opening is that you don’t need a lot of space when you want to open your luggage. The lid stays at 45 degrees and it’s light. There’s plenty of room for bulky stuff.

Poor customer service overshadowed quality of suitcase, edited to add update
Positives: sturdy, maneuvers well, great amount of pockets and fasteners to keep items secure. Love that it opens the way that a soft side case opens.Negatives: the light color (pink) shows scuff marks. I would have preferred the red but that is not available in all sizes. The case (26 inch) is heavier than a soft side but wheels easily and maneuvers well. I was able to piggy back the carry on (purchased a strap separately) and the two cases were easy to pull.Huge negative: no customer service to my issue with the built in lock. I followed the instructions to set my own combination but the lock jammed. I couldn’t set the combination or change it back to the factory set. As I was traveling the following day, I had to purchase a lock. I’ve attempted to contact customer service several times; the only response that I received was a link to a video about how to set the lock. The lock is broken. They gave not addressed the issue at all.I would have gladly recommended this purchase without reservation but given the lack of support with this issue, it’s buyer beware.June 21, 2024 update: after posting the above review, customer service contacted me. They sent a brand new case and I was able to set the lock without issue. Great response from customer service and I have added two stars to my review which would have been my original review if not for the lock and customer service issue.

The suitcase is light, sturdy, and looks good! Love the 90 degrees top.
I ordered this suitcase but the zipper closure was faulty, broke off after one use. I submitted a review to this regard after the return window had closed. The vendor responded promptly and offered to replace the product at no extra charge. I received the replacement suitcase, but have not had the chance to use it as of yet, but it it looks sturdy. I ordered it because I like the 90 degrees top.

Love it AGAIN
UPDATED. I’m in love with this set, again. And the company responded immediately to my issue. The customer service is amazing. You will not go wrong purchasing. This luggage set has all the bells and whistles… locks, many pockets, external cellphone usb & C charging cord, zippered compartments on both sides to keep clothes in place, doubles wheels so it rolls really easily & smooth across the floor. Most importantly, the company is amazing in communicating with you if you have any issues.Old Review…I love it but after 1 trip, the wheel broke off the large luggage. I only owned it a short time before this happened. I love everything about this luggage. I did a video about how nice it was prior to my trip but this is so disappointing. The large luggage is useless if it can’t roll.

Fantastic carry on!
I love this carry-on! Great quality and looks for the price, and itâs met all my expectations so far. I love that itâs expandable and has the built-in charger and laptop compartment (the laptop compartment was a must have for me). I saw a few reviews that complained about scratches, but I had to check the bag several times due to full flights, and there wasnât a scratch to be found. In fact, itâs the opposite for me because it seems to be scratch resistant. With regard to the charger, it only worked for me when I connected to my power bank with the USB side of the cord that came with my bank, but it worked just fine. That MIGHT be why some reviews say it doesnât a work, because at first I didn’t think it work either. So far itâs been very sturdy and easy to maneuver through the airport. Recommend!

Used twice and wheel set broke off
Size is great and thought overall it was very durable, until I got home from my trip last night. It’s only the second time using and one of the front wheels was completely gone. Screws are all still there, but the setting for the wheel is completely missing. I’ve had much cheaper bags last for years (still using) and no issues, and they’ve had more fly time than this bag.Considering the price, it did not withstand the rigors of 8 flights very well (to/from w 1 connection, two round trips)

Great Design
I haven’t flown with this case yet but did go on a driving trip. I average 1 trip abroad, 1 flight across the country and 6 driving trips per year so I use luggage a lot. This case is probably the most conveniently designed I have ever owned. Its lightweight and it maneuvers pretty well. Important since I’m 77. It’s too soon to report about durability yet. But I’d say the price is remarkably low for the quality of this suitcase.
