Panel for wheels too thin
My suitcase has a broken bottom panel where wheels are itâs too thin Iâm sure the airport place it on ground to hard or something now I donât have a suitcase ðð¤¬

Seem durable.
Weâve taken 6 of international flights with this luggage since getting it in February. We all know luggage doesnât last forever but so far these are holding up amazingly. I know theyâre not advertised as such but they seem to be scuff resistant as we havenât nearly the marks on us as my sister who has flown with her other brand bag once. Also, they fit a variety of things, not just clothes. For example, Iâm traveling with my entire personal audio production system in the carryon. Great way to transport it without damage to whatâs important to me. Iâm happy with the purchase. Wish there was an option with 2 carry-ons!

A 1-star rating is being generous. The Pros: many color options, very lightweight, rolls easily. Cons: Everything else. I purchased this set originally in October 2023. Upon arrival , the corner of the box was smashed and the large case had damage. One wheel was missing and another was broken. I submitted a return claim due to shipping damage. This process was smooth. I returned it and a replacement was sent, however not in time for my trip. The set did arrive undamaged. This past weekend (March 14-19, 2024) was the first time I used the luggage. I traveled from NC to OH round trip with 1 connecting flight each direction. I used all 3 suit cases, checking 2. The luggage did not do as well as you would hope for hard sided suitcases during the journey to Ohio. The checked bags sustained some deep scratches and color transfer. On the trip back to NC the large case was damaged beyond repair and is now in the trash. I wish I would have taken photos of the first set that was damaged during shipping, because the damage to the wheel area looks very similar., making me think the wheels are a weak spot. There is also a good size crack in it. Very sad it did not survive its first round trip. I do not recommend this set. I wish I would have spent the extra money and got a better quality set.

Broke on first trip – seller replaced
Hard to say if it was the airport staff/airline staff or simply the product does not perform, but I have experience with several different baggage from different manufacturers and they do not break on the very first trip. Not happy with the product at all. Weak, to say the least.Edit – seller contacted me and provided a solution for the inconvenience, they replaced the product with a different one and were extremely quick and responsive. The new luggage looks and feels better, I have not tested it yet. I changed to 4 stars because the seller was professional and resolved the issue immediately.

Held up AMAZINGLY
Got these for my 3 nation tour I just took. I was on 3 flights over, 1 train and flight in the middle, and 4 flights to get home. These held up like a charm. Easy to roll. I have a few scuffs, but WAY better than the ones Iâve had before. Yellow was EASY to spot. Tons of compliments throughout airports. My new luggage will be going on 2 more planned trips Iâve got coming up!
