Great except for hiking or travel!
Love these! Just don’t expect panty liners or menstrual pads to stick to them. The material (which feels amazing) is too slick for adhesives.I love the fit, and the material. Actually I love them so much I bought my husband the male version and he is in love too!I have used these on hikes and wash them “on the go”. They dry very quickly on the back of my backpack, and are ready to wear again that afternoon. They clean thoroughly easily. I prefer the brighter colors, but even the beige is nice.

Great travel briefs
I tried this cut and boy-cut ExOfficio briefs, to see which I like better, and I like them both about equally. The fabric is comfortable and non-binding, they seem to wear well, and I brought them to a trip where I had access to a washing machine as backup to see how well they washed out in the sink — I never needed to wash them in the washing machine because just a bit of castile soap, a swish in the sink, and hanging them up to dry got me clean fresh and dry panties in the morning. This may not work well in all climates but it was foggy and cool where we were and it worked fine. I really like the color. About the only con is that they are pricey for a pair of panties, but I think when packing very lightly in travel it is worth it. They also do not get uncomfortable even when worn on a long day of driving and hiking.

Super “Small-Wear” (phrase I learned on trip to Zimbabwe – really!)
I hate paying the price for this “small wear”, but the quality is truly the very best. Wash and dry over night. I have several pairs that I initially bought for travel but have started wearing on a daily basis because of the comfort. (When at home, I toss these in a laundry bag and wash with other stuff; and then air-dry) So it’s a gradual “investment” thing, but in my mind, absolutely worth it. If you’re not familiar with this brand, zoom in on the photo so you can see that it does have a very slight texture to the fabric. Definitely not noticeable even through the lightest weight skirt or pants, but something you should be aware of. There are other styles with a bit of lace, too. I’d give them the same rating… quality of lace is absolutely perfect. (By the way, I generally wear size 6 slacks, jeans, etc. and I take a size SM with the ExOfficio)

My new FAVS!!! FAR exceeded my expectations!
I was a little skeptical when I first ordered a pair of these, given a few of the reviews. (The initial appeal was for the travel-friendly benefits touted by the company, who I know has a reputation of generating high-quality products.) However, when I wore these, I was MORE THAN PLEASED! They are soooo comfortable! Nice, soft, natural-feeling material (NOT AT ALL paper-like, like one review mentioned.) They truly do wash extremely easily by hand and air-dry super fast (e.g., like you may want to do when traveling). I ended up ordering 4 more of these, and will be ordering some for my daughter as well. Am planning on buying even more to replace ALL of my Victoria Secret undies with these!!! Thanks ExOfficio!! Pretty good
These fit well, feel nice, and do dry really fast. Iâm docking one star because pads/liners do not stick to these at all. So theyâre great unless youâre on your period.

Smells pretty quickly
I love the style, the fit, and the quick dry features. Honestly I have worn cotton underwear up until I went on a 7 day canoe trip with no toilets, no showers (rinse off in the lakes), and the inability to use soap where we camped. I purchased 4 pairs of this brand of underwear thinking that it would be game changer. Honestly I have never experienced smelly underwear (maybe the cotton helps?) until this trip. I was SO glad I packed a few pair of cotton undies as back ups. I have tried wearing these to work now that I have returned and the same thing, they smell bad quickly. I am pretty disappointed and will continue my search for better camping undies!

Best underpants of all
I love these underpants. I’ve been wearing Ex-Officio briefs for decades now, and I am always happy with them. They are very comfortable. They stay put. And they wash and line dry very quickly. I took a few pair on a 4-week hiking/sailing trip two years ago and it was so easy to wash out a pair in the lake and have them completely dry in the morning. The only downside is that my dog loves them too, so now I have a couple of crotch-less pairs…and that is why I had to buy more. So we are all happy now.

Not “Extremely quick-drying”
I thought these would dry faster than they actually did. After washing them in the evening and hanging them up to dry overnight, they were still damp in the morning (perhaps because it was very humid?). Luckily I had a few pairs I could cycle through on my trip, but was disappointed in how long they took to dry, especially since the description states “Extremely quick-drying”.However, they were comfortable in wear, so there’s that at least.
