PERFECT for camping!
This is my first camp stove and after lots of research I settled on this one. Itâs perfect! Very easy to use, great flame, love the double burner and wind shields/utensil rests.

It works well. The comments about it being hard to adjust the heat are accurate. Itâs not easy to find medium or low heat, high heat is very easy. If you slowly turn it down it does work, but there is a fine line between high and low.

The product itself is overall decent. I have been using a couple times per month for about a year now, and the stove puts out lots of heat pretty evenly with a good amount of room overall. However, as others have mentioned, the controls are not very exact, and it is difficult to get a low flame out of the stove.What really makes this 5 stars though is the warranty support. I had an issue with a leaky regulator pipe come about in the past few months and needed a replacement. I was able to submit a warranty claim through Coleman’s website, and after just a few days with one or two emails for some additional details, I was sent a whole new stove, which was above and beyond just the replacement regulator pipe that I needed. For fast and easy warranty support above and beyond what was needed, they have my endorsement.

It’s a Coleman!
Bought this to replace our previous Coleman Guide Series three burner stove that finally gave up the ghost. This stove works well and the center burner provides a great heat surface for a griddle. The two side burners are difficult to set at a low flame, so we bought two heat diffusers to keep food from burning.

 Really enjoyed using this stove on my first camping trip with my son. I did find that the lid latch is made from plastic. I was not thrilled with that. The only other thing worth mentioning is that its almost impossible to negotiate the flame to a low level. So just keep that in mind. Looking forward to using this stove on many more adventures.

Great Features Flawed by Manufacturing Defects
The features on this Coleman stove are great! Unfortunately, the manufacturing leaves something to be desired. This formerly all- American made product is made in China these days and the quality control suffers accordingly. On arrival I found that the “pot support” grill had one of the supports badly bent such that the pins that are supposed to go into holes in the main stove to hold it steady would not match up and the pot support would not fit. This meant that it would slide around on top of the burners and be very unstable. Also the little battery door on the under-side was almost impossible to open or close. There is a mismatch between the bolt and the threaded nut permanently mounted inside the compartment. The threads are stripped and when you turn the bolt, it just clicks as the threads slip, so you can’t easily open the door. Or close it. I did contact Coleman directly and received very responsive and rapid support. They are very detailed in the documentation they require for a damage claim, but I was able to meet their needs, providing photos and detailed text descriptions.. In the end, they sent me a replacement stove and it arrived in just four days – such that I had it in time for my camping trip. I bought a new Northstar lantern at the same time and It also had manufacturing issues. such that it was unusable. Again, I contacted Coleman, they were responsive, and they did make it right. But, hours of my time were lost with accompanying frustration such that it makes me question future Coleman purchases.

Started it and it works. Will find out next weekend when camping. Did however find it hard to open the battery door, hubby decided to finally just yank it open.

Got it for “even heat” expecting to get uniform heat with 3 burners on. It does not heat enough the center. They used a 2 burners model of better design and added a third one in the middle. While the quality of 2 burner model is better, the third is a mess. The propane tank used cannot deliver for 3 burners.

Used this for the first time this past week camping and we have a burner that will not ignite at all. Very disappointed for the price to have a camp stove that does not work properly and cannot return because the return window has passed. Do not recommend.
