    Best camp stove
Had the old Coleman green stove for over a decade and finally upgraded on our last camping trip Рabsolutely love this stove!! Super sturdy, and best of all the knobs are very very fine tuned. You can simmer all day on low heat. Also very powerful burners if you want to saut̩ or sear. The best!!!!

Best Camp Stove I’ve ever owned!
This stove performs incredibly well and is very fuel efficient also. The burners have delicate settings which are great for simmering on low heat. The perfect Stove for Car Camping or Overlanding. I would highly recommend this stove if your looking for a high quality product.

    Great flame control
I bought this after being frustrated with two recent Coleman stoves. I want fine control to actually cook. Made dinner tonight as a practice run before we go camping. I was able to brown and simmer Rice a Roni without a hitch. Plus simmer veggies on the other burner. Tested up high. I expect no problems boiling water🤣🤣. No I’m looking to get a stand and carry bag. Also love that you can latch the wind screens.

    I dig it
As good as indoor stoves, lol, what is not to like? Fast and simmers as well.

    Good Product, Great Customer Service
After years of use, my old Coleman camp stove finally reached the end of its useful life. The hose connection between the stove and propane tank had either been damaged or was simply worn out from usage and had sprung a leak.Replacement parts were no longer available.I was about to order a new Coleman stove but decided to check some online resources for reviews on camp stoves. In six different reviews, the Camp Chef Everest 2X rated #1 (4 out of 6), #2 (1 out of 6) or was in the top four (1 out of 6).I was particularly attracted by the products high BTU ratings.I decided to purchase the Everest 2X.Being late in the camping season when I received the unit, I did not immediately open the carton to inspect and try-out my new stove. However, before stowing the camping gear completely this year, I decided to check out the new stove.Sometimes, despite our best efforts, things just don’t work out as expected. The new stove was received with some manufacturing defects. These things happen.I contacted Camp Chef, and they replaced the stove with a completely new and different unit.Upon receipt of the replacement stove, I took it for a trial cook-out and it performs beyond expectations. The high BTU capability is great, and the materials and workmanship of the product is outstanding. When things go wrong with a product or service (and they will from time to time) how the issue is addressed is what differentiates manufacturers and service providers in their customer service level.I recommend the Everest 2X for those in the market for a camp stove. I also recommend Camp Chef as a company with outstanding customer service.Check out their full line of products on their website.

    Serious power output
I bought this for travel in order to replace another brands griddle that I was frustrated with due to lack of heat output to sear meats. I’m unsure if anything over 1/2 on control knob adds anything. Surprisingly, it is able to throttle down and simmer.Haven’t tried the non HP version, but this version has some serious power. Lights easily and tremendous power. We use the lodge 11” square griddle and 10” pan at the same time. 12” skillets do fit, but we prefer the 10”.Metal is a bit thin, but that keeps the weight down. Old be nice if wings had a bit of offset for 12” pan clearance. Knobs are cheap and no safety lock.We also bought the adapter to use with a 5lb tank. The setup works nicely. Definitely a thumbs up.An option for cast iron grates would be nice to provide more friction for pans sliding about. You won’t regret this stove purchase.

    Ease of use
Easy to use and clean up.

  8. Amazon Customer

    Great Product
Powerful burners! Could not hook up to standard lower-pressure RV LPG system though, had to get separate 20 pound tank (with specialty hose available from Camp Chef).

  9. Julian Watts

Works like a charm. Boils fast and simmers gently. Sometimes had trouble with the surge valve on the cylinder so had to open the cylinder valve and burner valve slowly.

I ordered Dec. 02/2022 and it came by Amazon Dec. 09/2022 I paid CDN$ 276.11 with Amazon prime and taxes. It has gone up to way too much now. Everyone told me I paid way too much even though good quality. Now price gone up to $340 days after I ordered. So far so good, it works fine, and can go to a low simmer.
