Best umbrella
The best umbrella I have ever owned. A colleague turned me onto this brand; he raved about it and he was right. Blunt far surpasses others I have used over the years. Sturdy and easy to stow in the small size. For urban use it is the perfect size. And importantly, no more worrying about the wind blowing an umbrella apart and lasting only a few uses. Great color choices, too.

Great umbrella.
I’m very happy with this umbrella. I love the blunt edges. Since I live in NYC, I don’t have to worry about bumping into people on a crowded sidewalk. I wish everyone in NYC had one! It’s also light and small enough to fit into my pocketbook. Opening and closing the umbrella is very easy. Though it’s more expensive than a drug store umbrella, hopefully it will last a lot longer! I’ve actually ordered two (one in orange and one in green) – so that I will always have one available.

Blunt umbrella and customer service
I like this umbrella. It withstands wind quite nicely and I very much like the way the closing and opening mechanism works. It’s small when opened, but it fits in the bag nicely. If you can live with this trade off and the high price, it’s a good product.Now, the umbrella comes with 2 year warranty. In my other Blunt umbrella (Blunt Lite) a tip inside the canape broke and I contacted Blunt to inquire about having it replaced. It’s now been over a month, and in spite of almost daily emails, and even after having removed the broken piece using instructions they provided, I am still waiting for the resolution. This is not the kind of service one expects when paying a premium price for a product. I hope Blunt reads this and figures out how to streamline the process.

Best umbrella I have owned. Used it for 4 years and one of the canopy pieces broke in a thunderstorm gust. Contacted Blunt and they replaced it. Excellent product and superior customer service.

I don’t understand the rationale behind the poor quality. I have written to Blunt USA and …
The shaft snapped off. A board feel on it as it was lying open on the floor but the shaft is made of light weight plastic. If it had been aluminum or some other metal it would have been durable. So is it really worth the price if it is that fragile. Cheap $10 umbrellas have a steel handle. I don’t understand the rationale behind the poor quality. I have written to Blunt USA and asked them to replace the item and have not heard back yet. I don’t know if it even matters. Buyer beware and bear the risk.

I don’t like just because the size, the material used is the best, the quality is the best. Unfortunately when I was bying however I had saw the mesures I couldn’t realize the curves will reduce the total área.

Der Schirm ist wirklich anders (besser) verarbeitet als viele andere Modelle die ich in den Fingern hatte. Macht einen deutlich stabileren Eindruck. Ob er wirklich hält, muss die Zeit und der Wind zeigen. Die Optik gefällt mir ebenfalls gut. Das der Schirm relativ klein ist, war mir beim Kauf klar. Passt trotzdem gut wenn man solo unterwegs ist. Aber die Stange könnte etwas länger sein – ich muss den Arm relativ hoch halten – etwas unbequem.
