Poorly made
I bought this umbrella on the company site actually. I just wanted to bring some awareness to consumers. I opened the package and it was basically cut into two pieces. It was hanging by a little piece of metal that broke quickly. I went through the refund exchange process and sent pictures as requested, but they DENIED my request. It should have technically been covered in the stated 2 year warranty. That didn’t matter. I went with the better made and unique SENZ umbrella. I heard the G4 is also very good. Buyer beware of the Blunt umbrellas, quality and service is over hyped.
