    Asian Sized
The first thing notable about these is the size. I’m a waist size 35 so ordered the L size. It turns out that this item is Asian rather than American/Canadian sized. Please see the photo with the size chart from the package. This would have been handy if on the Amazon page. It wasn’t as of this date. However, to my surprise, the pants did fit although like a bikini bathing suit. There is so much stretch in them that they not only were easy to put on but reasonably comfortable for a day’s wear. The material is mostly soft lay cotton that feels most close to soft t-shirt material or even outing flannel.I saw nothing particularly odd about these pants that would make them disposable. I ran the worn set through a normal agitator wash and then a tumble dry and they came out the same as they came out of the packaging. I suppose the softness means less durability but it’s not like I had any sign that they were falling apart after a day’s wear and a normal wash. Please see the image of the pants noting the much thinner waistband than normal undershorts. Despite this, I found them comfortable.Overall, I’m unsure why one would ever dispose of undershorts after a single wear. Perhaps it’s a matter of how Asian hospitals work vs. the US/Canadian ones. I do suppose that if one is in a position to wish to dispose of undershorts after a single wear, these are suitable for that task.
