Mostly A Fine Pair Of Shoes
Gotta love the smell of a new pair of shoes.Style? I think they’re alright. They’re a little on the clownish side for me. I still like flat skateboard shoes and these seem like a hybrid. The colors are on.The stretchy laces are weird to me.Build? First thing I noticed, the eyelet holes. Sewn around with no inserts. Geez. Soon or later those holes will wear through and then the rest of the shoe comes next. Seems like a cost omission. The material the shoe is made out of is nice. It’s pretty stiff. I imagine it will “break-in” and loosen up over time. The soles are quite generic. I don’t really care, as long as they don’t wear out in a year I’m fine with that.Weight? A little heavy. I found myself plodding a bit getting used to walking in them. The fit? Hmm. They are quite new still and I don’t wear shoes(I wear sandals a LOT) very often so it will take some time for them to break-in. They feel mostly fine. A little hard. Tight in places and fine in others. I wear a size 13 Wide and I’d say this is pretty close. Again, they will wear to my feet in time. What I’m mostly wanting to see is how the footbed wears and how comfortable it may become, or not become. Right now, after a day my feet are ouchy. Which I expect with a new pair of shoes and a lot of walking. Maybe I shouldn’t expect that, but I do.I’m an older gen X’r and man, these seem a little on the expensive side to me. I would go 50 tops but they better be more out of the box comfortable than these are.Overall, I would preliminarily recommend these. Will they last as long as my 20+ year old Zona skates I still wear occasionally to this day? I doubt it. But you never know.

Pleasant surprise
I replaced the original insole with good one and put a carbon fiber insole under that. Now these shoes work for me. Kind of a clown look to them, was hard to get used to at first.

Too tight across the laces
Tried 2 different sizes and both were uncomfortably tight across the laces for my husband. Too bad because I liked the way they look.
Enzo –
Fit great with my wide feet.
Feel good, good support, look ok.

True to size and solid arch support
I have wide feet and it is fairly difficult to find shoes in wide sizes. It also seems like every shoe manufacturer sizes their shoes differently, so I end up wearing shoes anywhere between sizes 9 and 10. These shoes are well made and true to size. I ordered size 9.5, which is generally normal for me, and these fit me perfectly. I recommend ordering the normal shoe size you generally get when you are at a store and can try them on. These shoes also have very pronounced arch support and thick soles so they are very comfortable.
