Used these for a trip to Greece from Houston. Worked as expected and they made it there and back with all wheels in tact. I was impressed as they donât look sturdy enough to handle hard knocks.

Cheaply made. Zipper busted during first trip
 Update – these guys really stand behind their product. They didnât have the same color avail but replaced with a different color. I so appreciate that!! Updating to 4 stars. And they really move smoothly thru the airport.I used this suitcase for the first time on a trip to FL. I loved how easy it was to spot on the conveyor belt. I just packed and opened the suitcase to add something and the zipper broke at the end of the suitcase on the biggest one. I was able to get the zipper rethreaded but I am not confident it will hold during the plane ride home. I am very disappointed I will have to buy another suitcase to go home

the 28 inch suitcase fits more than expected. I plan to fit my clothes, and my 2 daughters clothes for a 7 day cruise. haven’t actually finished packing, but I am happy with my purchase!

Crumbled on first trip
I thought the yellow color was beautiful and would be easy to spot on the baggage claim carousel however it never made it to the carousel! I was unable to locate the bag at the airport and it was returned, in person to me the next day. It had been crushed on two corners and had broken open completely. I thought that when I replaced my still-intact but grubby soft sided suitcase a new, solid material would be more sturdy, as I travel by air quite frequently but I couldnât have been more wrong. On my very first trip it failed on several levels, the crush/snap/puncture/pop or whatever happened, PLUS the zipper also broke apart and is missing the pull tab that plugged into the FAA approved lock. Iâve never had such a crummy suitcase! Lesson learned because they offer no return/exchange (that you donât have to pay for) so that should have told me that they donât stand behind their products. I have never written a negative review n my life – Iâm pretty easily satisfied but this was ridiculous.

Great Value for Price
I got the white set and was nervous itâd come with scratches and it did not. Beautiful color, shape and design. The logo is brown⦠I couldnât tell from the online pictures. I donât mind it. My only complaint is that theyâre not very lightweight. Love the wheels, they glide smooth. All in all, for the price Iâm pleasantly surprised. Also had to look up how to open the TSA lock online lol. My previous set did not have a TSA lock. But thereâs instructions on how to reset it inside of the suitcases and a warranty slip for each suitcase as well. Inside color is grey and has zipper divider and the elastic âxâ band.

Wished it could withstand international travels.
I wanted to give a 5-star but the carryon luggage handle got stuck during the first trip I took with it, and the larger luggage was dented. Those airport luggage handlers are rough. This luggage are not made for it.I do like the color. It’s vibrant.Edit: On the way back to the US, the large suit case cracked. Now I’m throwing away the large suit case and the carry-on luggage. One trip. I wish I could use it more than just one vacation.
