Great booster!
We have been using the Attends brand inserts for a few years for night time leak protection. The last several months have been constant laundry from leakage with a ton of added anxiety. Decided to make the plunge for Because premium boosters to see if theyâre any better as they boast they can hold 4 cups of liquids which is impressive.The price is steep, you only get 20ct for $20 vs the Attends inserts at $7 for 20, they are cheaper on their website but they charge for shipping so itâs a wash with buying on prime, plus you get quicker shipping.The leak protection is incomparable. Weâve tried a few others over the years but attends has been the best until recently. The Because inserts however are the absolute best. The quality is fantastic, the size is perfect, the leak protection is excellent and as advertised. Itâs worth the extra cost for the added protection, security and peace of mind. Weâre saving a ton of money on laundry products, water usage and Iâm sure wear and tear on our washing machine. Itâs a massive no brainer. Wish we had switched sooner!

A top-notch booster
I think I’ve tried about 12-14 different types of booster pads. These I place at the top. They are so comfortable and absorbent. I haven’t found any boosters that absorb nearly what the manufacturers claim in real life use. But these are shaped well with wider ends and they feel soft when you touch them and they do quite well in absorption. I wish they weren’t so expensive. You can get deals with the company if you order direct from them, but you won’t get them fast. They use FedEx for shipping and my experience with FedEx in the past 3 years and still today, never deliver on the day they state in their tracking. It could be a week later. One time it took 2 weeks for FedEx to deliver these from the manufacturer. I live in a city suburb with mild weather almost all year, not in the country. Several times on the tracking it would show “on the truck” , then a couple of hours later it’s back at the warehouse. So I’m glad to see these on Amazon. I’d rather pay this price and know I’m going to get these in a reasonable time.

Very absorbent.
These are great for added protection during the day. However, though the absorbency is great they are a little bulky.

They are large, confortable and seem to hypoallergenic.
They cover a large area and are very comfortable. I had been searching for this size for a long time. They do not cause itching. I use them inside my briefs and inside my adult diapers.

Absorbent, but weirdly shaped
 I submerged a couple of these in water until they were completely saturated and then weighed it. Having subtracted the weight of it when it was dry, these have a maximum capacity of about 650-710mL (it varied), or 3 cups. Flow through works great and they’re comfortable, the only issue is that the hourglass shape makes them very inconvenient to use and straight up incompatible with certain kinds of briefs/diapers. You need to place this in juuusst the right spot, directly in the bottom, so that the rounded front and bottom don’t stick out of the thinner area of padding between the legs. It’s very inconvenient for if you, say, wanted to have it closer to the front or back for any reason. Overall, I don’t regret this purchase, but I have learned from it and in the future will be going with boosters of a straight rectangular shape that can be positioned however and wherever I’d like.

Absorbent, Fits Perfectly
My sister and I always purchase the Certainty Unisex Stretch Briefs Large/X Large and it fits perfectly in the Stretch Briefs. Easy to place in and the adhesive works well. My mom did not notice weâve placed an extra pad. She feels very comfortable. Love it! 1st time purchase and I will definitely purchase this item again.

After purchasing and trying out many different brands and sizes of booster pads from various retailers and healthcare outlets, and being so terribly disappointed, I can honestly say that the Premium Booster by Because, sold by Amazon, are wonderful. My mother can sleep the entire night⦠which often is twelve solid hours⦠and I get a worry-free rest also. The length (16â I do believe) is just perfect, and the booster is wider at one end than the other but fits well inside the overnight pull-ups. And two-day shipping means I donât need to stock a monthâs supply.Thank you Amazon!
