From the outside, PROTECHDRY looks like any other regular underwear but in the inside, it has a absorbent area (front only, non-removable) made of 3D multifunctional fabric with sealed seams to prevent leaking through. Made of 95% cotton, 5% elastane (except the absorbent area).

Works great for small leakage or holder of pads for more leakage
These work extremely well if your leakage is limited. They are comfortable and can be washed and reused many times. If your leakage is moderate or more, these are insufficiently absorbent. However, they are still very useful because the cup that catches the leakage holds a pad in place very firmly and the hardish cover to the pad prevents any leakage from wetting the front of your pants. That is the good news and it is good news on net. Any leakage beyond what a pad can absorb still has to go somewhere, and that is toward the area between the genitals and anus, but at least it is not noticeable. So, use directly if leakage is limited and use as a firm pad holder that prevents embarrassing leakage in front. Works well both ways.

excellent product and quality, comfortable cotton wear, nice quality fabric , elastic and stitching. Allowed my husband post surgery to not use leak pads anymore. Saves money in the long run vs pads or briefs.

I bought these for my dad since he did not like the idea of diapers at all. He does not fight me about wearing them and says they are comfortable even though at first he could not understand why the front pocket seemed a little bulky. It has definitely saved on my laundry bill. The only thing I can say that I wish were better is that after several uses they do tend to hold a little of the urine smell even after washed. I woud definitely recommend these to anyone who needs a little protection but not ready for diapers

Short Lifespan for the Cost
I’ve bought 25 pairs of these briefs in the last 4 years. At $20/pair when buying 5, I expect them to work well and last a long time. The briefs do work very well at stopping light leakage and they are comfortable, until they fall apart. The thin material used to make the brief separates from the padded front after a year and sometimes gets so brittle over time thatany pressure on the material will cause it to rip. I would gladly give these briefs a perfect rating if they just fixed this material issue.

Sizing and leaks are much better.
These come from the EU, Portugal.These feel like you have a âcupâ as in sports. The sizing is accurate. Leaks are very rare, often allowing 24 hour use rather than swapping to a depends at night.These are easily cleaned and dried on traveling. These are the âbomb!â

Much better than pads
I have only moderate leakage and find the pads to be uncomfortable and slightly embarrassing. These are fashionable (wife likes the black ones) and wash/wear well. Now I can wear light colored pants again! Yay.
