This inner belt has the fuzzy part of the velcro set up. My outer belt also has the fuzzy side so they dont work together. I needed an inner belt that my outer belt will hold on to. This belt was cheap so I wont bother sending it back, but will look for one that works.It seems a good enough belt if it is the one you are looking for so gave it 4 stars.
