Very nice belt
I needed a tan, 1.5â belt ASAP for my trousers. Observed â1791â on Amazon and found this sturdy example that matched my tan shoes. Belt is well made, no flaws, screwed in rivets, informal â1791â logo nicely stamped into the end. Thick, chromed roller buckle easily holds up my pants. Decided to go with this 1/4â thick gun belt to double its use as CCW to casual use w/o holster. Itâs nice looking and fits perfectly. They added a nice leather key holder with same 1791 cartouche. Highly recommended.

Gun Belt
I was leery on paying so much money for a single belt. But after buying dozens of other gun belts for a cheaper price that did not hold up. I decided to take a chance and try it out. I am glad I did. I received a great product that has been holding up well. With all of my on and off use with IWB and OSW holsters, it shows no ware. Itâs already paid for its self many times over. I recommend it to everyone who wants a quality made product that will last for years to buy it. If I ever need another, this will be the one.

Thick and supportive
I really like how supportive this leather belt is. My last belt lost its stiffness and after reading the reviews on this one, I decided to try it and I’m glad I did. My holster no longer has any flop from a limp belt. Its very well made and thick providing the necessary support for all day carry. Like almost every other review, this belt is 5 stars and worth every penny.

I Love everything 1791 has to offer, I have a gun holster and mag holster in the same leather line. However, I would suggest getting the belt in a size up or two. Great products and I look forward to getting more.

Well now – every once in a while you purchase something, inspect it up close and go “holy Moses this item is built like a concrete bomb shelter” and you know it will last decades. I finally found a leather belt that’s a “BIFL” item and also made in the USA….. 1791 Leather hit a home run. My half-effort-search for my next belt ends here. I’ve been keeping an eye for one out knowing my old carhart leather one was on its way out after a decade or so. I wanted a nice thicc one. This fits the bill. I’ll put some obenaufs on it and watch it break in over the next year working in the greenhouse. I also took another reviewers advice and put a magpul buckle just for personal preference. I bought 1 black for going out and 1 brown for work and swap the holster around accordingly and these should last a lifetime.I ordered this one after i bought a holster for my sp101 – I saw how high quality their holsters were built and hot diggity dawg I’d recommend anyone looking for a new regular sized 1.5″ belt to go this route assuming you don’t mind a mega stiff thicc belt to break into over the years.Update: Put a dab of Loctite Blue on the 2 Chicago screws holding the buckle together, they started backing out during a 15k-20k step work day. Didnt come off but worth noting. Great belt.
