Great as a carry on bag
This kid’s sized backpack makes a really great option for a travel bag. It has enough storage capacity that I can get just about everything I need into this one bag if I am checking a larger suitcase. With airlines all cracking down on how much you can bring onto a plane these days, this backpack has been a huge help. The necessary items from my purse (wallet, keys, glasses) can go in this pack, while my purse and other non-urgent contents (stuff like notepads, pens, tissues, etc.) can get tucked in my checked suitcase. The valuables from my purse, my laptop and iPad, and even a change of clothes all fit nicely inside this backpack, and it’s easier for me to get around a busy airport like LaGuardia with only this on my back and no suitcase to maneuver through traffic. Even when stuffed full I can still tuck this underneath the seat in front of me rather than an overhead bin. And I love how I can tuck my Kindle in the front bungee cords for easy access while on a plane or in the car.The great construction also makes this perfect for travel. Like another kid’s backpack I use as my ‘purse’, this bag is well put together. It’s meant to survive the constant rough handling of kids – throwing it on the ground, stuffing it to bursting, getting soaked in the rain, being dragged by the shoulder straps, kicked around, and sat on to name a few. This isn’t something most purses are designed to survive, but this backpack is.

Works well as a petite diaper bag
We were at the point where were ready to downside from a large diaper bag to something smaller and lighter. This backpack fits the bill perfectly because 1) it’s big enough to fit the essentials (kiddo’s water bottle, a few diapers, a few snacks, some toys), 2) it’s small enough to fit in the under compartment of a travel-sized stroller. While this is categorized as a kid’s backpack, it doesn’t look bad on an adultâ just looks a bit petite. I love the fun color and am overall pleased with the quality of the construction.

loving It
I am really loving this backpack. I like to keep a small backpack for traveling around with my kids. The one I had when they were very young has really broken down and was no longer cutting it. This has nice soft straps And multiple sections to help keep things organized. I like the fact that it has a chest strap if I need it although I havenât used it. Thereâs also two pockets for water, which works well for each of my kids. The color is also great and easy to stand out..

Cute but too small for school
This backpack looks exactly as pictured. It is adorable but a little too small for school. Our daughter has to bring a 1 inch binder with her for school every day but this is too small, you have to fold the backpack over the corners of the binder. I couldnât imagine trying to get a lunchbox in there too. We have a few vacations this summer and this will be the perfect size for her to use as a travel bag. Her tablet fits in it nicely and she can bring a couple other small toys for the ride. Although it didnât work out for what I originally intended I think itâs still a good bag just not for school. Maybe for hiking or travel like we intend.

Colorful small backpack for kids
So being how I review lots of backpacks and other types of bags I have to say I like this colorful bag made for kids. This is a small bag that will only hold a limited amount of items , just what a young child is able to carry. It has the normal compartments one would expect on a bag this size, including one large enough for an iPad or similarly size piece of equipment. I think the materials are a decent quality and the zippers also are decent quality and work just fine. The buckles work great and yes, that may be the weak point because they occasionally get stepped on. You can fit skinny water bottles in the side pockets too. The shoulder straps are nicely padded and there is extra padding to get the bag off of the back. There are lot of these type bags sold at big chain stores but if this is price right would be a more than worthy choice. I really do like the vibrant colors. How all this will hold up over the long run I can’t say at this point.

Lovely backpack
Growing up as a kid, I remember wanting and getting a new backpack prior to the start of another school year along with other cool school supplies. So when I saw this, I decided to get it for one of my goddaughters who’ll be going into the 4th grade soon. This backup has more than enough compartments for everything she needs and it’s well made. We haven’t experienced any issues with any of the zippers. I mention this because sometimes, zippers get stuck and we find ourselves struggling with zippers to either close or open but no issues here thankfully. On the side is also a place for her water bottle. The shoulder straps are well padded, feel comfortable when worn and are easy to adjust. It also comes with a safety whistle which I think is cool and can come in handy to use if she ever feels she’s in any danger. I like the fact it has many components for all her items, helping her stay organized.

This children’s backpack is absolute 5/5 in my opinion. It has a beautiful vibrant color, excellent craftsmanship (no loose seams, no unfinished edges), good materials, and enough pockets for everything.The backpack is so good that during our recent hiking trip around Austrian Alps we’ve been borrowing it from our 7yo daughter as a lightweight backpack for the shorter trips â definitely the backpack can be comfortably used by smaller adults comfortably (we are 169 and 173 cm). We were hiking up some beautiful gorges and mountain passes, we were in the sun and in the rain, and the backpack was perfect at all times, lighter than small Decathlon backpack we normally use, and much more beautiful.Only in the rain after 1 hour it started to soak-through a bit, but without additional cover protection and/or waterstop spray it is not a surprise and I don’t consider it a fault… the first hour it was fine, the drops were just on the surface, but as it was more and more, it started slowly soaking through, mainly though the zippers.What I appreciate from the construction perspective is nice looking materials, light weight, and well thought-out back padding. That’s a must for children… I would never give them a backpack without thick padding, or a heavy backpack. And in these two respects this one is absolutely superb.If you’re looking for a children’s backpack, or for a smaller adults, look no further. You’ve found it.–Note: I received this item for review as part of Vine programme. However I would have never ordered something I don’t need to use. Brilliant for children! Great size and is comfortable on both my 4 and 6 year old. There’s multiple pockets including one in the main compartment which is built for a tablet/iPad. The side bottle holders are stretchy and means that a bottle actually fits comfortably in them. The sponge back means it’s really comfortable for them to wear so they don’t complain about carrying their own things! Absolutely fantastic having both a chest and a waist strap which are not common on kids bags. I’m really happy with the quality of the fabric which feels really durable.
