Iâve had this water reservoir for over a year now and use it every week. Itâs still looks brand new and has never leaked ! Itâs easy to fill up and clean which I love and fits nicely in multiple different packs I have. Iâm coming back for a bigger size now so I can have more water for longer trips

Doesnât leak, holds a ton of water.
Idk why other people are saying itâs hard to fill. I didnât have a problem at all filling it and I did it out on the trail. I love it. It doesnât have the water pressure the ad says it does but itâs still a good hydration bladder my almost 1 year old is able to drink from it too

This hydration bladder fit well into my backpack both full and empty. The straw is extremely useful and easy to drink from. There was no unpleasant taste to the water. It is easy to clean, and dries well. The material feels strong and high quality.

Favorite purchase all year!
Iâm a little obsessed with this water bladder. Iâve used it on every camping trip this year so far in a variety of different backpacks and so far it has just been awesome. Itâs easy to set up, it feels like it is decently sturdy and strong. I love the design choice of the cap having a handle! Itâs perfect for when I hammock, I can attach the water bladder to the head of my hammock via carabiner and have water in reach all night. My biggest complaint is the foam filter that was inside the bladder. Iâm not sure if it was made to be detachable or not, but mine just completely fell out of place so I just threw that part away. I didnât really have much need for it anyways.

Customer Service came through wonderfully
I am updating my original review (below) because the company came through in a big way. Even though the timeframe to return the damaged Water Bladder had expired, the company contacted me and offered a new replacement or a full refund. It wasn’t very expensive to begin with, so I figured it was lost money, but true to their word, the refunded me the full purchase price. Hey, mistakes happen sometimes in production and I guess I got a defective Water Bladder originally. But it takes concern for the customer to go out of their way and be so proactive about it. So now I am changing my rating to 5 stars because I just don’t experience that kind of outstanding customer service too often anymore.I bought this well in advance of a hike on the Appalachian Trail. I took the hike on May 20th after the window to return the item closed. Two hours into the hike, it sprung a leak and was useless. The Bladder came with instructions on how to deal with issues after purchase. I tried calling the number several times and the call immediately disconnects. I’m not sure if that is their problem or mine but I think it is theirs. Don’t wast your money on this useless product. Sometimes you purchase something in advance because you don’t want to wait until the last minute. I had filled the bag before the hike and did not notice any problems but the first time using it was a disaster.

SINGLE USE ITEM. Functional, but cheaply made.
If you are planning on using this bag for more than one trip, you will be better investing on a Camelback or Osprey bag or bladder! The bag worked ok, but materials were so cheap they the cap holding plastic broke within the first 3-4 days. After 20 days of use, the bag holding holes( top of the bag, to keep upright so water flows better) are beginning to rip, soon it would not be possible to hold the bag up. Also, if you are planning on going to places where freezing temps are possible, the hose, since it lacks an insulating cover, will freeze.

Only used it once for a long hike (36km). No leaks, perfect kit.. Does not waste water either, you can completely empty it with the tube. If it can give this same performance long term, it’s a spectacular product.
