Plenty of room, comfortable to wear, very safe
We bought this to use for our trip to Austria and Prague. The security clips made us feel completely comfortable in crowded areas. Lots of little storage spots within the fanny pack, we combined this with a flexible tether for our iPhones and we felt like we never had to worry about Security. This fanny Peck was sturdy, looked stylish, and held passports and wallets and other small necessary items. Would highly recommend.

I loved this. It has a ton of space. Excellent quality. Loved the water bottle pouch. Excellent security and you can even put a battery pack in it. run a cord out to charge your phone but still have the zipper locked. This was fabulous, since I burned through phone battery taking photos. Also had a pocket and room designated space for everything. Loved having the hand-free option. I used it on trip through Italy & Greece & Turkey. No issues. Felt very secure. I have used it since I came home also for day trips. It is easier than carrying a bulky purse.

Secure & Large!
This has been perfect for my vacation! I can put my iPhone X in a slim case in the cell phone pocket, but just barely. However, that pocket doesn’t zip or even close. Instead, I use my larger case for my phone and secure my phone in the larger of the two locking zippered compartments.It has enough slots to hold enough credit cards for my trip. It also has a pocket large enough for a passport. However, I’m still unclear as to whether that pocket is RFID-protected or not. In the product video, it doesn’t look that way, but in the description, it sounds like it is.I love that the clip to remove the bag from your waist has an extra locking latch plus a thick fabric cover to deter pickpockets. My only gripe is that the latch has to be set to work. It does not automatically go to the locked position when closing the strap around my waist, and I often forget to lock the latch. It takes me two hands to open anything on this bag, so I think it would at least slow down or perhaps deter a pickpocket.This fits my 42″ waist without having the end of the belt hang down like some reviewers with smaller waists have mentioned.The water bottle holder is a nice touch, but I haven’t used it since I use a Hydroflask.There are four pockets on this bag: 2 main pockets which are both secured with locking zippers, 1 slash pocket to hold your cell phone for easy access (pocket does not have a closure), and one pocket in which there is tucked a mesh water bottle holder and there is no room for anything else in that pocket.I think this is well worth the price. This is a great product!
For What It’s Worth –
Good features; only a couple of issues
I purchased this 4 years ago, and have used it extensively on my travels around the world. I love the functionality. There is enough space for my point and shoot camera with extra batteries and sd cards, my cell phone, sunscreen, lip balm, a small notebook, pencil, pen, charging cable and adapter, a few emergency meds and a plastic bag or two. I can clip my sunglass case to a D-ring. I enjoy the water bottle pouch, which packs away. However, the pouch mesh has started to fall apart and will need repair. Also, the belt is too long and I have to secure the extra portion with rubber bands (it would be nice if Travelon provided some means of securing the excess, so that it doesn’t flap around). Additionally, the wire in the belt has become partially exposed and occasionally pokes me when I’m putting the pack on or taking it off (owww!). The security features are good, and the zippers have held up. Overall, I recommend this fanny pack despite the issues; it beats the pants off of cheaper ones.

I bought this because I travel with lots of stuff in my pockets and this allows me to have everything in one place. Two easily accessible large zippered pockets with a claw type lock which prevents the zippers from being opened by a pickpocket. The waist belt is heavy duty and is adjustable and comfortable. You can tighten it without removing it. I wear it all day and don’t feel it. No interference getting my zipper down in the men’s room. The latch is hidden so a pickpocket can’t take it off of you. I carry my passport, airline tickets, wallet, keys, medicines, cell phone, receipts and miscellaneous small stuff like dental floss and can find any of these when I want to and nothing falls out when I open it. It’s easy to put things in and take things out. When i go through security at the airport I put all the stuff that I have in my pockets in this pack so I just have to take the one belt off and push it through the machine. This is the bast fanny pack I have ever owned and at 70 yrs old, I know what I talking about. Never had a problem.

Well Made Waist Pack, Except the Zippers
This is my 3rd waist pack in 7 years. So far this brand fits my needs to a “T”. Although it’s well made and otherwise very durable, the nylon zippers always fail in a bit over 2 years. It’s disappointing that on this premium waist pack the manufacturers can’t use more durable Zippers. I feel stuck between a rock and a hard place.

This is the perfect size and just what I was looking for. But the back zipper keeps getting caught on the material inside and won’t work. I don’t want to have a problem when I am traveling with a stuck zipper. The search continues…

Best pickpocket proof fanny pack!
 I love locking mechanism! Itâs perfect for traveling in crowed places and gives me peace of mind! lol Iâm always worried Iâll drop something important or get pickpocketed. Itâs very comfortable and fits everything I need inside with ease. Iâve had it for about a year now and canât live without it. I use it at Disney World, festivals, and even everyday use during the summer! Itâs very versatile and the built in flashlight is a nice touch!

This bag is great at keeping my belongings safe and sound! I love the little clasps for the zippers and the locking buckle. It’s also nice that there’s a mini flashlight in the main pocket and that it has a surprisingly large capacity. Overall, very sturdy!

Ich hatte jahrelang eine ähnliche Tasche von Travelon mit Diebstahlschutz in Gebrauch. Nun hat sich der innenliegende Draht an einigen Stellen gelöst und sich nach aussen gebohrt, so dass ich sie entsorgen musste. Mein Vorgänger hatte am Gürtelverschluss noch eine Klettlasche, das fand ich bequemer als diese, die man immer zurückschieben muss. Dafür kann man jetzt den Verschluss noch zusätzlich verriegeln. Die Karabiner waren vorher runder und dadurch etwas breiter und bequemer zu bedienen weil der Ring zum Befestigen auch recht klein ist. Mir gefallt, dass sie auch voll beladen nicht zu weit nach vorne ausbeult . Sehr angenehm ist die Handtasche direkt am Bauch. Das ist gut erreichbar und trotzdem sicher. Der Bauchgurt hat bei mir mit KleidergröÃe 46 , Damen, noch viel Spiel. Bin insgesamt zufrieden und würde sie wieder kaufen.

I bought this for a trip to Egypt. I wanted a small day bag but didnât want a backpack as I thought it would be uncomfortable in the heat. This waist pack proved to be just the job. Enough internal pockets to keep money, cards, passports and other items separate. I never had occasion to test the security features but itâs reassuring to have them. Zips that clip to a ring are a nice touch and give you some reassurance when in a crowd. The belt is quite long and canât be cut to size due to the steel cables inside but it was an ok length for me. Iâm a 36â waist male, and wore it quite loose so it sat on my hips, so if your super skinny it might be too long for you. The fold-away bottle bag was a nice touch and came in handy. Overall, itâs not a pretty thing, but very practical.
